Entering is free, and so are the prizes. Winners don't pay gas: we send the racer to your wallet. Buying anything does not improve your chances.

Who can enter

You must be 18 or older, and entering must be legal where you live. The drawing is void where prohibited. One entry per person, per X account and per wallet.

How to enter

1. Go to monsterwheels.xyz/island.
2. Drive one full lap of the circuit.
3. Post about the drawing on X from the account you are entering with. The post must be public and must include @_monsterwheels and the monsterwheels.xyz link. The Post on X button fills both in for you; you can change the rest of the words.
4. Paste the link to your post and the wallet address that should receive your racer (it starts with 0x), confirm you accept these rules, and pass the bot check.

We check your post through X's API before your entry counts. Your X handle is taken from the post. If X can't be reached, your entry shows as pending until the check goes through. Entries that are still pending or that failed the check when entries close are not in the draw.

You get one entry. Each post can be used for one entry only. Entering again with the same wallet or X handle does not add entries. Entries made with bots, scripts, fake or borrowed X accounts, or many wallets for one person can be removed at any time before the draw. Removed entries keep their entry number but are left out of the draw.

The prize

Each winner gets one Pit Pass: 1 free Monster Wheels Gen 2 racer on Robinhood Chain, transferred from the team allocation to the wallet you entered with, by the date above. You pay nothing, not even gas. A Pit Pass has no cash value and can't be moved to another wallet. Winners can still mint in the public mint like anyone else.

Gen 1 holders on the OG Garage list get their own free mint in the OG Garage stage (Sat, Oct 24, 10:00 AM PT to Sat, Oct 31, 6:00 AM PT). If an OG wallet also wins a Pit Pass, it gets both: the free mint and the prize racer.

100 wallets win. If fewer than 100 valid entries come in, every valid entry wins. Your odds depend on how many people enter.

How winners are picked

Nobody, including us, can pick or change the winners. The draw uses a public random number that doesn't exist yet when entries close.

1. The random number is drand quicknet round 33520612, published by the League of Entropy at 6:00 AM PT on Oct 30, 2026 (chain 52db9ba70e0cc0f6eaf7803dd07447a1f5477735fd3f661792ba94600c84e971).
2. When entries close, the full list of entry numbers and wallets is published at /api/wl/entries.csv. X handles are not published.
3. The seed is sha256("monster-wheels-pit-pass:" + randomness).
4. The entry numbers are sorted, shuffled with a Fisher-Yates shuffle driven by an sfc32 generator seeded from the first 128 bits of the seed, and the first 100 win.
5. The result is published at /api/wl/draw.json and the winning wallets at /api/wl/winners.csv.

Anyone can re-run it with our open script, /island/draw.js. If drand is down at draw time, we use the first round published after it comes back and post the round number on X.

Results

Check your wallet in the Pit Pass panel on the island any time after the draw. We also post on X at @_monsterwheels.

Scam warning: we will never DM you first, ask for your seed phrase or private key, or ask you to send crypto to claim a Pit Pass. Prize racers simply arrive in your wallet by transfer. You never need to sign anything, connect a wallet or pay anything to receive one.

Your data

We store your X handle, the ID of the post you entered with, your wallet address, your lap time, the time you entered, your country (from Cloudflare) and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use to limit spam entries. We read your post through X's API only to check it. We use this data only to run this drawing and the whitelist. Wallet addresses of all entries are published so the draw can be checked; X handles are not. We delete X handles, post IDs and IP hashes within 30 days after the public mint. The site uses Google Analytics to count visits.

If the drawing can't run as planned because of bugs, fraud or anything outside our control, we may change the dates or remove bad entries and will post any change on X. By entering you accept these rules.

Updated Oct 17, 2026: there are 100 Pit Passes. Since Oct 15 this page said 10 while the Post on X button said 500; 100 is the final number. Entry and draw dates are unchanged, and entries made before the update still count.

Updated Oct 15, 2026: each Pit Pass is now 1 free Gen 2 racer sent to the winner's wallet (no gas), instead of a free mint, because the OG Garage stage now opens a week early, on Sat, Oct 24. Entry and draw dates are unchanged.

Updated Oct 11, 2026: each Pit Pass is now 1 free mint (it was 1 mint at $6.66), there are 500 Pit Passes (there were 1,000), and the mint times moved to the Halloween drop schedule above. Entries made before the update still count.
